Birthday FAQ
Popular dates (Friday and Saturday nights) book 4-6 weeks ahead. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Last-minute requests are welcome too, but availability isn't guaranteed.
Our birthday packages cater for groups of 10 to 80. For full venue hire (up to 100 guests), contact us for a custom quote. Smaller groups are welcome to walk in on any regular night.
Absolutely. Our Elevate and Exclusive packages include a custom playlist curated with our DJ. For the Exclusive package, you can request a specific DJ or bring your own entertainment. The Celebrate package runs with our resident DJ's regular set.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the night. Full terms and payment details are included in your personalised proposal.
Yes. You're welcome to bring your own birthday cake. For decorations, our Elevate and Exclusive packages include setup. You can also bring your own for any package. Just let us know in advance so we can help with the setup.
No stress. Final guest numbers can be confirmed up to 48 hours before your event. We'll adjust the package accordingly. Increases on the night are accommodated where possible.
Cancellations 14+ days prior: full deposit refund. 7-14 days: 50% refund. Under 7 days: deposit forfeited but we'll work with you to reschedule if possible. Full details in your proposal.
